Item arrived damaged on arrival. Package was intact but when we opened the package on Christmas Eve to set up the hoop, the backboard had two gauges out of the top of the board on either side that goes through to both sides. We're not sending it back because it's a Christmas present for our kids and it's already opened and set up now. Is there any way to get a new backboard sent?
