This is a cute nutcracker. I buy a new one every year and for 2022 I wanted one as a Boston Terrier since our pup passed away.
First thing I noticed was that the cardboard box had punctures, so I had a feeling that the transport wasn't very good. When I opened the box, the hat came out before the rest. There is a lot of, what looks to be, hot glue strings on the fabric part of the hat. So I'm not sure if it truly was the shipping that damaged it or if it was a defect in the item itself.
