I have tried everything to make this feeder work and it simply doesn't work food will not come down into area for dog to eat and before you know it the storage area for the food gets knocked off and it's all in the floor. The only reason I gave any stars is due to the waterer works just fine

It was very easy to wash, it does seem to stay cleaner longer than other similar units. I do think it would be nice for their R & D department to create a snap/click/locking mechanism between the food tower and dispensing dish. One MUST be care not to grab or move the food dispenser without using your hand to support the eating tray-it can be a very ugly mess quick! The water dispenser is PERFECT IN EVERY WAY.
