I ordered this with the intent of stacking my 5 gallon bottles and reducing the clutter of bottles sitting around on the floor. The rack is plenty sturdy and can easily hold 3 bottles. It can be assembled in 2 different ways to fit your stacking preference, and can also be used as 2 stand alones. One holding one bottle, the other holding 2 bottles if you prefer.
My problem with the rack has actually nothing to do with the rack itself, but more with the caps on the 5 gallon bottles. Every cap that I have seeps a little bit of water when the jugs are on their side in the rack. Of course a drip or two isn't that bad, but the potential to walk out to a flooded kitchen in the morning from (3) 5 gallon bottles leaking keeps me from leaving the jugs in the rack full. This is a bit frustrating, and I am left looking for a lid that seals the jugs and can be reusable, though there are many on Amazon that have poor reviews, are not easy to remove, do not work universally on the water jugs, or that also leak.
Unfortunately where I live, the tap water is not drinkable and I rely on these jugs for clean drinking water, but not being able to tilt them on their sides is a bit frustrating.
