From the time I took it out of the package four hours ago, our 3 year old, very active boy hasn't had it out of his mouth except for maybe 20 minutes. It's been in his mouth so much that it's soaked and disgusting 😄. The cloth cover may not last long, but the squeaky spiked ball underneath is the fun part anyway.

This is legitimately the best toy I have ever bought for my pup. Typically his toys are destroyed day one. Not this! We have had it for over 2 months and he has not even gotten through one layer. The material is thick, the stitching is tight and it is wonderful quality. Barkbox please make different styles of this exact toy! We want more!!! :)

My dog usually destroys stuffed animals within a few hours of getting them, so I'm always hesitant to buy her a new one. This toy is great because it has multiple layers. It took her MUCH longer to break through the two plush layers to reach the rubber ball underneath. It's almost like she had three different toys in one!
I did have to show her how to rip off the second layer to expose the ball. But there is only a loose stitch keeping the fabric in place, so it didn't take her long to figure out how to rip it off completely. Definitely a hit!

I am generously giving 2 stars because it is cute and my dog likes it, but it has several issues. One, 3 pieces of "chicken" are pictured, only 2 came with it. Two, it was packaged with all sorts of little pieces of plastic attachments I had to search out and cut as I didn't want to have to coax them out of her mouth later. The "chicken" is just stuff in the basket and comes out with no effort for the satisfying pull apart. Four, within minutes pieces of stuffing were all over the floor, and the squeaker was exposed. This toy will not last the day.

We have 2 medium-large dogs"” a pit mix and a staffy"” and we've had this for about a month. So far, the squeaker has popped, but they are still yet to tear it open. It's definitely their favorite toy. The bark box toys usually hold up pretty well. I try to look for ones that have another toy inside.
