I love this powder soooo much! In a magic bullet, I put in 8 oz of good cottage cheese that has cultures in it, 2 teaspoons of tart powder, fill to the top with ice and just a splash of water. Blend until really well combined. It's like a milkshake consistency. Tart is my favorite flavor from Menchies. This is a healthier, protein-packed version!

I have now tried the honeydew, plain, and the strawberry and I can attest that they are all wonderful. I was concerned that the melon would be weird but it is as delightful as the others. These have the true frozen yogurt flavor of the yogurt shops. I have a professional grade soft serve machine. I do hope some of the other flavors come into stock soon.

Some of the reviews are unclear, hopefully I can provide some clarity on the "Original" flavor; This is the closest mix I have found that approximates Pinkberry Plain Tart/Yogurtland EuroTart, or any other of the Original/Plain TART froyo varieties. I have tried several recipes and powders, even using real yogurt and none have come close except this. DO NOT order this expecting vanilla or a flavorless type base you will be disappointed, however, if you are like me and have been searching far and wide for pinkberry/yogurtland-style tart frozen yogurt, then your search is over.
