I definitely like that this thing works, doesn't seem likely to break, will charge controllers without the LEDs switched on, has a competitive list price of $25, isn't overly bulky, and has a surprisingly long plug. But putting controllers on this thing is an absolute chore. In all the videos, it's made to look like the controllers just fall exactly where they need to be. But that's not at all the case. They have to be angled in a fairly unnatural way, and you'll have to hit the small target dead-on before charging begins. If not for that, this product would be 5 stars. Sadly, I could see this being a deal-breaker for plenty of customers.

Often times it won't start charging if you only have 1 controller on the unit. If you place a 2nd controller on, you'll see the charging begin and then you can remove the 2nd controller and it will charge as normal. Otherwise it's great, just wanted to pass along this trick.
