Just what my daughter needed to help keep her legs together during her backhand springs. She keeps separating her legs when doing a double, this helps her keep them together. After a few with it on, hers look better without these on. Will need to keep up with using these consistently to see long term results. She is 7 and they fit her, they could fit an adult as well, they are adjustable for ankle size and the strap that connects the two together lets you adjust the length- she will be able to use this for a long time.
