What I like best are the bristles. The stiff bristles are boar bristle and the softer bristles are nylon, which is a great combination of choice in the shower to have the best of both worlds in one scrubber brush. I would like the handle to be a bit longer and with a slight curve for more comfortable and manageable use, but this one does the job well enough. I also like the fact that even though the brush is made in China, it is ISO 9001 and SEDEX certified, which "supposedly" ensures high-quality standards, and SEDEX "supposedly" signifies ethical and responsible business practices in the manufacturing process including labor standards, health and safety, environmental impact, and business integrity. In today's world of manufacturing, that has to range from a really good thing to better than nothing. I'm waiting to see if mine falls victim to the cracked plastic and bristles falling out. Only time will tell.
Finally, a scrub brush that really scrubs you clean!

This item is a perfect scrub on both sides. The softer side has scrubbing action also. The firmer side is good for rough spots like feet, knees, and elbows. You're not gonna find a better brush in my opinion. I don't write reviews but I had to put this out there after using this brush. If you don't believe me, buy one and I'm not being paid for this review.

This is a really good brush! It's well designed with different bristles on each of two sides - one side is firm, the other soft - so nice for various body parts. What I really appreciate is that it has grips inlaid in the handle which eliminates slippage when everything is slippery and immersed in water.

Perfect size for the shower. Nice firm bristles that aren't too soft or too hard. Easy to grab and use. Once it's wet, it doesn't become gross or dirty looking. Looks brand new after lots of use!
