So they are very pigmented and creamy but wipe off easy so make sure to set or maybe over lay with eyeshadow to really make it pop. Down side is I misunderstood and thought they would be able to be just as pigmented on the waterline which it was not in the slightest but otherwise it's still a Pretty good product for its price. 4/5 stars
