2 stars. I bought this thinking it would be minty smelling, but it's so overly floral scented that it gives me an immediate headache and I haven't even opened the bottle yet. Also note that this is non-returnable. Since I can't use it, I can't comment in its ability to clean.

I do not usually write reviews for products I purchase - however, in this case, it is a must. I purchased both, the order eliminator spray and the carpet shampoo...I used the spray and was shocked at how thoroughly and quickly the pet stain was removed! My dog was ill last week - lots of 'accidents' on the carpet...I pre-treated with the spray, (which worked amazingly), then I shampooed the carpets with the Carpet Miracle. EVERY stain my poor dog left, was removed. Nothing 'seeped' back through. My carpets are very clean, soft and they smell wonderful! I just ordered the double set again... I never want to run out of Sunny & Honey products!! Absoulute best pet stain product I have ever found. Thank You!!

Wish I had taken before and after pictures. Our kitchen sink sprung a leak in the middle of the night. By the time we woke up there was water everywhere. Especially the family room carpet just off the kitchen. We were left with a wicked dark brown stain. I was afraid I would have to install new carpet. However, Carpet Miracle saved the day!!!! I'm giving it 4 stars bc it DID remove a brown "˜stain' left by my dog on the lavender gray carpeting in my living room, which had been previously cleaned but still showed up. I need to try it on a vomit stain that keeps coming back (stop trying to eat the bunnies!!) but I've gotta be able to do it on a day when I can really air out the house. It's not a BAD smell, there is just A LOT of it!! Even using fans it was overpowering for about 3 days. Maybe that's the secret ingredient that makes it work. Dunno. If you are sensitive to scent you need to avoid this product, or plan to leave your home. And if you're not sensitive to scent it's still going to really be a big part of your life for a few days.
