I have a lot of Ford vehicles and decided to scrap the original 2bbl Carter on a Dodge (a sin, I know) after having so many various issues with several Carter carbs... Got an adapter plate and bolted this one (I personally love the 2bbl Motocraft carbs) and sure as hell it fired right up and has had zero issues since. Great carb, great for the value, and works great. Will likely purchase another one for our 78 Lincoln.
