I had walking pneumonia 4 months ago. These drops have done wonders with keeping my lungs happy. I quit taking the drops, thinking I didn't need them anymore; then allergy season came. I've started taking the drops again to help relieve the tightness in my lungs. Add a dropper full into a couple ounces of water. I like taking the drops before bed. The drops are a little sweet and pleasant to take.

Update: After I wrote the following review, I shook the bottle and squirted about four times into my mouth. After about a half hour my throat quit hurting and my sinuses cleared. Guess I needed to give myself a serious dosage -
