I ordered the 2-pack of these massage rollers. They were shipped and arrived promptly.

I found these rollers to be the perfect size, shape and material composition.

The surface has a soft, rubbery texture that provides good traction against the wall, your body and any other surface you're using it against without any unwanted slipping and sliding. The devices themselves are very firm and it takes a lot of pressure squish them even a tiny bit. I'd rate then as softer than a hockey puck but a whole lot hard than your rubber ducky. They are pretty solid yet still light weight.

It works very well on my back between the shoulder blades, against my neck, my sides, my low back arms shoulders and legs. It's just a good all around device for self-massaging the nagging spots that are hard to get at with your hands. Next best thing to a willing partner. With a little imagination you can probably hit every trouble spot on your body.

I used to have a similar device that was made out of a very nice, pretty hardwood. It worked OK but it would slip and slide due to its very smooth, hard surface. I'm glad I lost it, these devices work better. BTW, the old wooden device could leave marks on the wall due to its sliding at times rather than rolling. As long as you keep these rubbery devices clean they should never slide or otherwise leave marks on your wall.

This pops an area between my shoulder blades better than anything I've ever tried. I like the double design with the space so that each "ball" can get deeper into both sides of the spine at the same time, works so much better than working each side of my back alone with one racquet or lacrosse ball at a time. I like to use it down the length of my entire back, but it's especially helpful to the upper portion.

Great quality and it hits the spots! I saw some of these in one of the clinics I work at, I wanted something to press into my lower back during long drives between clinics. Have been using it for about 6 months.

WOW, this feels great. Firm (but not crushing), precise (the adjustable width is a bonus) and it's portable. I've even taken it to church to lean back against the firm wooden pew backrest on the different levels of the spine (keep talking Padre! Never have enjoyed a long sermon more!).

I recommend this Allplay massage ball to my patients when they need a self massage/mobilization device that is easy, affordable, precise and most of all effective.

FOLLOW UP 2/7/24: I bought another one! My other one is "somewhere" at work (could be anywhere!) I even sent it with a pilot who was flying to Australia and back on his last flight before retirement. I showed him where to place this massage ball and he returned pain free. I have since recommended this massage ball to several of my patients who need "that spot" released for a lot less and at their convenience than I could do for them. :D I use this on my own spine white sitting against a hard surface (or long drives), it's become a daily necessity!
