There is one thing I still haven't adjusted to. Broiling, you have door slightly open door and it produces too much smoke!! I have todo a little more investigation on procedures!
I 💕 love Everything else about it.
Heats quickly love lights for hot surface. And built in Air-fry and convection oven is awesome!!

This induction stove is a great replacement for our gas range. Our gas range was a replacement for the electric glass top range. The electric range took way too long to boil water so it was replaced with a gas range. I am really impressed with induction cooktop as it will boil water in a teapot faster than the microwave using the highest setting. Most cooking is using a medium to medium-high setting.
The range arrived as promised and delivery was great. It had arrived before we had taken out the old range. Since we gave the original power cable away when we donated our old electric stove to charity, a replacement was needed. The installation was straight-forward with no issues.
We like the appearance and all of the features so far. We are looking to a future with efficient and cost savings over an electric or gas range. The heat settings are almost instantaneous and this allows cooking at specific temperatures. The best pans to use for induction are cast iron. It does take a while to heat them due to the density of the material. The next best is 3-ply stainless that is induction compatible. Aluminum is of limited value as most pans are not truly flat on the bottom when a conducting material in bonded to the bottom.
The style and coloring fits in with are all stainless appliances.
I would highly recommend this induction range. The only down side is the initial cost.

It a very nice stove
Great induction and air fry options, terrible control design

I absolutely LOVE the induction cooktop and the air fry feature and use them constantly and with great joy. The Air fry options have made me eat more vegetables and have healthier dinners. The induction stove works well and I appreciate that it doesn't heat my kitchen up as much as gas and is more climate friendly.
My quibbles are that the control panel is very unfriendly. The buttons for the induction burners are super unresponsive and I have to hit them several times to get them to work. The timer works by having you hit "timer, number, timer" instead of "timer, number, start" which would make more sense.
I would also say that when you open the stove, you get a genuinely painful wave of steam in the face. My husband is looking into getting us a sticker to remind us of dangerous steam! The first time I opened the oven to get tater tots out, I thought I'd burned my face.
Finally, while I knew some pans wouldn't work with induction, I was disappointed that I can no longer use my cast iron griddle which my family used to use weekly for pancakes. Because it has smart sensors on the induction cooktop that looks for round pans, my cast iron griddle doesn't work (doesn't register as a pan). We're cooking pancakes in two cast iron pans for now, which isn't quite as good.

This induction burner range is amazing! I bought an induction portable stove top about a year ago to try out induction cooking. I ended up getting a two burner one so I would have three total induction burners. The only problem was that the three together, along with my other electric appliances caused overload on my breakers. So, we finally decided to bite the bullet and purchase this induction range. When I bought it, I didn't realize that it also has convection capability for the oven. I haven't used that feature yet, but plan to very soon. The oven is conventional that converts to convection with the push of a button. The burners cook the food very evenly and quickly. What I love most about induction burners is the fact that, if something is starting to boil over, you just push the button down one power, and it stops boiling over. Also, the cleanup is so easy, because you don't need to worry about anything burning on your glass stove top. As soon as a pan or pot is removed from the burner, within 30 seconds it is safe to touch the stove top. I love love love this stove! For the price, you get, I'm sure, just as much value as from the $4000 ranges. I highly recommend this range!
