Sometimes is difficult to achieve consistent results with changing temperatures. Helps a lot with fast track recipes and product lasts longer. I definitely recommend!

I bake a lot of bread and decided to experiment with this product. It really seems too good to be true, but despite my research into the ingredients, they all seem to be benign, natural ingredients (one of which is vitamin C). This enhancer makes my bread rise better, it makes it softer and even somehow makes it last longer. I also use it in combination with wheat gluten (alternatively bread flour). Definitely give it a try.

But my bread was fine?! I'd have to really test it thoroughly to see the effects it has on dough, but it didn't hurt anything!

If your goal is to bake commercial quality bread, this product will make a big difference. Loaves turn out light, elastic, moist. This will last a long time, it only takes a small amount to transform your baked goods.

Have used this twice when baking bread. The loaves come out larger with a beautiful crumb. The amount of product for the price seems very good, this should last me a couple of months ( I bake at least once a week). Will definitely order again.
