These snow pants and jacket are extremely warm. Don't plan on wearing layers underneath. Normal pants and shirts will do or your child will be sweating in this! It was a great purchase for the weather sand negative temperatures we were going to be in. Good material and again extremely warm! My son is 6 and the pants were a little long so we rolled them up. Still served the purpose.

I bought my grandson a London Fog snowsuit each Christmas for the past four years--a 2T just before his second birthday, a 3T just before his third birthday, and a 4T just before his fourth birthday. And so this past Christmas, just before his fifth birthday, I ordered the next size up, which was a 5/6. When it came, I matched it, seam on seam, against the 4T, because it appeared to be exactly the same size. The jacket sleeves were 1/4" longer (the width of the elastic around the cuffs). Ditto for the pants, which in both the 4T and the 5/6 were let out to the fullest. Now my grandson is 43" tall and the 5/6 snowsuit is supposed to fit boys who are 6" taller than that. Well there was no way. So back it went and I ordered a size 7 instead. The size 7 is perfect and measures the same as size 5 or 6 snowsuits in different brands. That is why I am giving it a four-star rating instead of five stars. That said, I really do like the style and quality of the London Fogs and will continue to buy them in future.

Amazing quality but the sizes are HUGE, especially the pants. I'm 5"7 and the size 10-12 pants length wise were my size. The pants size 8 were quite big for my 10 year old too. My boys are average heights. Plus there's no internal button to make the pants smaller around the waist so unless you're husky around the waist - it'll be big. Loved the quality though so I returned and ordered smaller sizes.
