This worked great for my son during football. The UIL refs had issues with any sort of tint, so we ended up having to replace a very lightly tinted visor with this clear one. It still had sun blocking on the interior, but was able to appease the refs.
As the team photographer, I was also able to get some better helmet shots showing great expressions with this clear visor.
It was easy to install, but after the season one of the clips did break, but the visor is in great condition, and my son does intend to use it again next year, I will just buy some fresh clips for it.
