The first one went a little wonky after about a week so I contacted them and they were quick to send out a replacement. Excellent customer service!
The replacement has been running for a couple of months and seems to work fine.
My only (minor) complaint is that the unit has a bit of a buzzing noise that the first one didn't seem to have. However, it's in our laundry room and, as long as the door is closed, I don't hear it so it's not really a big deal.
