Unless you have a floor level drain close by to tap into may want to look at other ice makers that have a pump built in to transfer water run off to your standard drain.

This is maker works perfectly, I use a lot of ice in the summer months and fill 5 gallon buckets to put in the freezer as the bun is not refrigerated but holds ice fairly well. This machine works perfectly

the ice maker worded fine untill the motor that put the water over the avaperator went out, its only been working less than a month. Now they want a video of what its doing to figure out how to fix it. Not a good thing when your using it for business. They have finally contacted me an are going to make it right for me. Told me what they thought was wrong an will refund my money, Thank you.
