I'm trying to reach out to the seller to get another left pedal; I haven't been able to put the left pedal onto the rod, it feels like one side or the other is stripped. Impossible to get it to screw together! HELP!

I tried several times to set this up, using both the manual provided & the videos. The directions are NOT good, but once I figured it out, it seems sturdy & is working well. There is a cool handle on the side for carrying, but it's is a bit heavier than I'd like, so I probably will only use it for my legs.
