The gate was easy to install to separate dogs. Sturdy and good quality to hold up against 3 - 50 lb dogs. The entrance / exit gate is easy to open and close for adult but secure lach for kids and pets.
After my guest and cat left my home, I left the gate up. I still use this gate for when I need to pen pups up.

The bronze tone matched with my maroon deck. After a scary incident of some stranger trying to get inside my apt, I had to get a gate. Apt manager refused to install a gate for me. So I bought this since I'm all thumbs when it comes to carpentry & cannot afford expensive carpenters (they're hard to find for small projects anyway). I was able to install it, took some figuring out to do due to when get one side fitted, the other side slips out. The only thing I'm concerned about is the rust from the rain so it seems not weather/water proof. Not sure how long it will last in the winter season. Will be back for further update.
