My old switch broke on the winch out side this Winter. Bought this to replace an overpriced Warm switch. Happily surprised. The only thing was the wiring didn't match the Warn wiring. I had to reverse the yellow and green connections. Connectors didn't work for my set up so I had to cut them all off. The actual button for in/out is very nice quality as well as the handle bar mount.
