I ordered the 6 pack of these lights. I have 4x4 vinyl posts. At first I was upset they didn't fit É“ut then went back and re read the directions. There is an extra piece in the base that needs to be taken out. Of my 6, 4 of the adapters were black, that was easy. I was ready to write to the company about the other two but it finally dawned on me the the other 2 had white adapters. Took those out, and perfect! All 6 are on, working and looking beautiful.

Was hesitant after seeing other reviews stating wouldn't fit 5x5 vinyl fence. Works perfectly! Had to return 3 different items for not fitting properly until this one. These fit right over the railing post. 2 screws and it's installed. The unit can be twisted off the base to adjust the light to either "bright" or "warm". I purchased 2 of them and they look terrific. Just enough light on the "warm" setting. They need about 6 hours of sun and stay lit about 10 hours or so. They also come with adapters for wider posts (mine's a 4x4 so nothing extra was needed). I recommend these for ease of install and lighting. Plus they look great!

These lights are an amazing value. I bought 10 of these for less than $10 each and couldn't be more satisfied. Installation is a breeze and only takes a few minutes per light. I probably had all 10 installed in 30 minutes. I used most of these for my back patio and 2 for my front porch to replace some worn out ones from the previous owner. The two light settings are great as the warm setting matched my front porch light while the cool setting provides more lighting for the patio. So far they have been through a few rain storms with no issues and the lights have enough battery power to last from dusk till dawn.
