The planters are very nice. I ordered 3 packages - two planters in each package. One of the packages looked like it had been open, but the planters were fine - but NO hooks. Possibly a return from someone who neglected to return the hooks as well. I would like the seller to send me two hooks. Thank you.

I bought this pot to repot my 20-year-old grape ivy plant, which I'm very careful with. I did get it into this pot, but I had to cut off part of the bottom of the plant because the pot isn't deep enough. It's plenty wide enough, though. So if you don't need a deep pot, it's a good one.
UPDATE:
I received a reply to the above review from the seller. They offered to have me send the pots back to exchange them or even give me a refund without sending the pots back. I replied that the pots were very well made and lovely and that even though they weren't deep enough, I found a way to make them work. I told them that the only reason I gave 3 stars was just to let others know that if they have a plant that's pretty tall, these pots may not be deep enough; otherwise, they are great! So I've revised my review to 4 stars because of the customer service. 😊
