Shipping/Handling and customer service: When it arrived the first time the package was damaged but customer service was so awesome and kind enough to replace the table for us.
Install: It was assembled fairly quickly and easily even though the instructions are rather simplistic. There was minor damage to one edge of the foosball playing surface but not so much that it would be noticeable after it was all put together.
Quality: Not the best quality, but the item is pretty sturdy once put together.
Overall: The kids love it and I'm happy with this purchase.
Worth the Money: The overall quality of the table is reasonable for the price.
