Great for Panera Style Soufflés

Was looking for something to make Panera Style Soufflés. These were near perfect and I loved them! Had no issues with leakage, as others reviewed. But I used puff pastry as a base. They have ridged edges and sprayed cooking spray, the first time and they stuck slightly. The second time, I brushed with vegetable oil and draped puff pastry over edges while I made the filling. Not sure if oil absorbed into the paper pan, but they stuck worse. But the end product was still amazing. My only valid complaint I have is that when they were shipped it was in a plastic non padded envelope. The top pan edges were bent and curled over. But only on the top pan. I wish they had boxed these instead of shipping in an envelope. Otherwise, I got great use out of these and will be reordering!
