This is a well made, light weight product. The extendable handle was bent in shipping. I didn't open it for months and when I did Amazon refused help because I waited too long. I contacted Eversprout directly and they sent me a replacement handle quickly and pleasantly.
The original was sent by USPS which wouldn't deliver because of the size of the package. I had to pick it up at the post office. I requested that the replacement be sent by UPS. Eversprout sent it that way and it was delivered to my home. Unusually good service!! Thanks to Christian!

This soft snow rake works well for clearing snow off top of my solar panels on the roof of my high top Cargo Van but I did not give it 5 stars because I think it's over priced for the build quality. The rake does not stay screwed on the pole like it should and the plastic clamps that hold the extension pole position in place look too easy to break. Other than this I am still fairly satisfied & may still recommend since it seems to be one of the best options for the job I bought it for.

Despite the other reviews I thought that I'd give this a chance to work with in clearing snow from my roof solar panels. The good news is that it does work, the bad news is that it does also un-twist itself during use. I've tried wrapping extra pipe-teflon tape to help secure things and that _did_ work a little bit, but it still comes loose during the job several times that there isn't going to be a way around it.
If you watch it close when using it will give you the hint that you are going to need to tighten it shortly or else it will start spinning off quickly. Lucky the one time I ignored it and tried to go a little longer it fell off onto the ground and not the top of the roof..

So far so good with this. The pole extensions locks well, it seems sturdy as well except with how the head screws to the pole. I'm a strong man and I have tightened this head to the point where I almost feel like it's too much or I could break it. No matter what, it unscrews while you are using it and you have to keep tightening the head mid-job. Not a huge deal but I wish it locked at a certain point to the pole or something. The foam seems strong and I like that the curvature of each side of the head is inverse so you can use it for pushing or pulling snow. I love it so far for getting snow off the hot tub cover, but really bought this for getting snow off our new plexiglass pool enclosure that is getting assembled this summer. I'll post an update once I get to use it for that. My last hope is that someday I can buy just a wider/larger, possibly thicker head for bigger jobs. Good product though.
