Sturdy, practical treadmill

After lots of research for different folding treadmills, I settled on this one because of how simple it is to operate. I wasn't interested in having a treadmill with dozens of program options, just a basic one that would also be sturdy and have no issues from the get go. Going through the reviews helped see this one has not had many, if any, bad reviews for malfunctions or issues so it would be worth the money. Taking it out of the box and setting it up was super easy, no extra steps needed. The speakers sound great though there isn't much bass. Day 1 running was smooth and no issues encountered. Bluetooth connected right away to my phone. I highly recommend purchasing a mat (recommended by amazon) because I noticed a difference with/without it when running. It helps lower the vibrations. It has a spacious ipad/phone holder so it's convenient to watch a workout program or show. The program buttons are basic and is my favorite part. Instead of having to click the speed button repeatedly you can just click on one of the speed buttons to increase/decrease. You can also control the music settings with the buttons so no need to keep messing with the phone while running. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

After not loving the bulk of our big (and expensive) Life Fitness treadmill, we started shopping for a more compact folding treadmill, but did not want to sacrifice any quality. I did a ton of researched and liked what I saw in the Botorro R5 and pulled the trigger...and I'm glad I did! It is everything I was looking for and everything that I hoped it would be.
First off, the build quality is top notch and all parts and components feel very high quality. The overall size when folded is exactly what we needed to be able to be able to tuck it away when we need more space. Folding and setting it back up is super quick and easy. There is very little shaking, if any, while running and it is very quiet.
All of the buttons are easy to use and I can go from 0-9mph quickly, as I like to alternate from walking and running. I really love using the built in Bluetooth speakers and I can easily change music right from the treadmill. The shock absorbers are also great and easy on my knees, which also helps keep the noise level down while running.
The overall weight is light enough for me to be able to roll it away, yet heavy enough to be very stable and planted. The adjustable height is great for me and my kids to each find our ideal setting. The entire house loves running on this treadmill and I'm glad I went with the Botorro R5.

Got this treadmill after having problems with another one from a different company. The other company didn't live up to their warranty and I was a little hesitant to buy another treadmill. I saw this one read the reviews and I took a chance. I'm not disappointed. I had some problems with this treadmill emailed the company and got a quick response from them. They had me try a few things and when that didn't fix the problem they quickly sent me a new treadmill. I'm so happy with the great customer service from this company. Always stayed in touch with me. Always responded to my emails very quickly. It is getting harder and harder to find good customer service. I recommend this treadmill and company.

I love my new treadmill! It's study with two holders on each side of the console, has Bluetooth and a place to set my Kindle. I did pair it to my iPhone, but the sound wasn't that great. That could be because of my phone or what I was listening to, I'm not sure. It could also be the speakers, but that wasn't why I bought it anyway. The adjustable phone and iPad holder where I put my Kindle is a bit too low for me to read it easily - I'm fairly tall. So, I put a small book below the Kindle and that raises it to a place I can easily read it. I like the display console and the safety clip. It's easy for me to read and walk and not notice that I'm exercising. I had to get someone to bring it inside for me, because it's very heavy. But the setup was just taking it from the box, rolling it inside, pulling up the handrails, and locking them in place. I do wish the on/off switch was in a location on the console, because it's a bit awkward turning it on and off from the front of the treadmill close to the floor - plus I have it in a corner without easy access to the switch. But overall, I'm really happy with it and hope it helps me lose my "Covid-19-I think-I'll-eat-to-pass-the-time" additional pounds.

1st treadmill we purchased for the raining season. The product is ready to use and fully assembled when it gets delivered. Highly recommend you take a look the user manual especially how to move it around, fold and unfold before use.
Here are some pros & cons after spending couple of weeks on it.
Pros:
- Firstly, it is very easy to use with a few pre-defined programs for your jagging.
- The handrail is adjustable and you can adjust it to a comfortable position. It is very convenient especially for kids to use.
- It is super quite during operation which is a big plus.
- There is a ledge for an iPad or Kindle that we wish to read while walking. And you can connect your iPad or Phone to the treadmill. There is a bluetooth speaker in it.
Cons:
- Note that the highest position of handrail is around 40 inches from the ground, it would be great if it is able to adjuste a bit more.
- The price is a little high compared with other comparative products.
Since we usually play music while jogging, the bluetooth speaker is like dream come true. If you also love enjoying music while jogging, this is the right treadmill for you. Given that the quality of it exceeds our expectation, the price is not a deal breaker to us.
Overall, it is light, fancy and with great quality. We are satisfied with this purchase.
