I have had a couple of smaller folding hand trucks/carts before but this is the best of all. It is easy to fold and extend the handle bar and it is pretty sturdy. I recently moved to an apartment building about 200 feet away with this hand truck. Probably I made about 100 round trips and this thing is still as good as new. The wheels has a little scratches and that's about it.
It is not too big or heavy. I didn't use it for the large furniture but has a fairly good size platform to keep decent size boxes (home depot medium size box) securely. Handled about 100 lbs loads easily.
