The machine is easy to set up and use if you read the instruction manual carefully. The displays are clear and easy to read. It stores BP data with time and date of measurement for two users. The machine is capable of being plugged into an AC outlet in addition to being powered by batteries (supplied) but no AC connector cord is provided.

I would describe this as a basic monitor. It does have a memory feature for tracking. I wish the materials were heavier, its oddly lightweight and can easily slide or fall if you forget while adjusting it on to the arm. The model I received works with batteries. It has a type C port on the side, but I couldn't get it to power up corded, maybe it is for connecting to a computer for software tracking results. It did not come with an a/c adapter and does not have a port for this powering method. I am unsure how long this one may last, but it does give an accurate reading similar the other one I got from the pharmacy that needed replacing.

I was skeptical because of the affordable price. It still works! It's not a hard decision to make. Either you need a cuff or you don't. Either you care about monitoring your blood pressure and heart rate or you don't. The price is not an issue.
