If you are planning on using this to hook an RV to an existing welder outlet... Don't! This is 2 hots and a ground. The neutral just dead ends inside the adapter. This could do major damage to your RV. It does, however, transfer the hots and ground properly, so if you are using something that doesn't need a neutral, this will work perfectly.
