This was my first handmixer so I had no idea how strong my grip had to be to hold it in place. This thing is powerful! I almost exclusively use the first/lowest setting to whip egg whites and buttercream. It's a little disappointing that there isn't a lower setting, but it gets the job done anyways. It comes with a lot of attachments so that's really nice. The attachments are also pretty easy to clean as long as you wash them right after using.
