Open the box and immediately looked for the axle to see if I could even put this together. These carts, every manufacturer, tend to make the fit almost impossible. You have been warned.
I did not get that far because there was no axle in the box. That's a big omission but I want to say the customer support was fantastic. They had me processed as a return within an hour and it's already been processed through Amazon.
I know somebody who owns the same cart with an axle and they said it's great. They've been hauling rocks. The rear gate is a little flimsy but this might have to do with rocks. I'm not sure.

I would suggest adding some plywood or something in the packaging. The bottom of the trailer was bent, and I had to straighten it. Obviously, it had been dropped on one end and the trailer bottom was not meant to take that kind of force.
