If you don't know how to juggle these are amazing. They have not broken any of my girlfriend's ceramics or glass they they have dropped into, phew! I would truly warn others about practicing over an injured person though...they get really angry when the balls smack them in the face and they can't move to dodge. These are great, I love them!

My wife is a yoga instructor but she actually likes to juggle in her spare time. She says it improves focus and balance and I'm not one to argue with her. I ordered this one due to positive reviews as well as the color--she loves anything pink and she particularly loves black & pink together!
