We have been wanting to change our old ugly gutters for rain chains, but when we went to the local gardening store, they costed a fortune. To replace all the gutters we would have to purchase 8. We ordered 2 rain chain initially, just to make sure we liked to look and quality before going all in and buying 5 more. I really like these rain chimes howeverI need to be able to extend them as each one could use two or three more cups to reach the level to about a foot from the ground. At the very least more chain. Also the wind is a factor since they tend to swing with the breeze and could collide with the side or the house or other things around the area. I used a twenty inch long piece of copper wire to extend the eight foot one a hung a weight in it to help with the problem with the wind. Still would like to extend them properly.
