This mat is huge. If u sweat it does STAIN permanently and easily. U have to store is away well but other than that it is thick, soft and durable. Which is exactly what u want. I'm 6' tall I'd say it's slightly longer , so..awesome!

I love the size of this mat. No more pausing and adjusting my yoga mat to accommodate different exercise moves. However, this mat is easily dented or scratched. Not a big deal since I work out with bare feet, but I could see a problem if wearing shoes.

I have hard wood floors in my home. I needed a large mat that was thick to do yoga and pilates. The mat is nice and wide and slip resistant. It could be a little thicker but it works good enough. It came with a nice carrying case.
