For the price I paid, it is exactly what i was looking for!! The length of the stickers are just over 39" as advertised. But my steps are like 39.5" so I couldn't cover the entire step. Not that noticeable though. Im so in love with this look! Not as bright as I thought they would be but it worked out perfectly because i was worried it would be too much color.

I thought I'd give these colorful 'contact paper' like vinyl graphics a try; to spice up my basement steps. I was very pleasantly surprised how nice and easy these were to work with... meaning pull back up and reposition if you screw up a little. I noticed I had one extra of the same pinkish red color, so it wasn't needed since I only have 12 steps; and the set I ordered was for 13. So, it worked out perfectly and I placed the blue sticker on the very bottom. I think it looks great! (I attached 2 pics and was not paid for theis review)

Keep the series in order. They follow a loose pattern. Yellow hues at top of staircase. Darker red hues at bottom of staircase. If you have to trim the length, always start sticking the factory edge on same side of staircase. Trim as you go using a utility knife and credit card as a guide. Perfection
