Had issues with the system not powering on at first. Contacted the company and they replaced it without an issue. I'm only giving it 4 stars because some of the games like Marvel vs Capcom 2 (Cartoon hero vs Capcom 2) doesn't save progress, even though it makes you create a save file.

Hace dos dÃas me contacte con servicio al cliente y muy amablemente me ayudaron a encontrar el problema y resolver. Lo que estaba fallando era el cable HDMI como no tenÃa uno de repuesto compré uno y asunto resuelto, super rápido encendió, no se apaga ya estaba cansada de esperar y esperar a que respondiera y la imagen apareciera en el Tv. El vendedor me reembolsó la cantidad que pague por el cable de repuesto (genial), también me habÃa mencionado de no solucionar el problema me mandarÃan una consola nueva. Estamos felices.
