I'm not going to give less than 5 stars just because I didn't think to check the measurements of the base up against the shelf I bought them for, but that being said- def check it!! Cuz the bases are a little bigger than I thought they'd be (but I also don't know why I believed myself to be such a pro that I could just eyeball it!).
I have placed them on the fireplace mantle for now and they are great! Elegant, true to pic, true to measurements. Quality isn't like on par with a super expensive pair but it's great quality for the cheap cost.
