A little pricey, but...

Extremely tasty! I love that they use so much fiber to offset the carbs instead of filling it with the various sugar alcohols. My kids like this more than Nutella, but the price is too high to buy on the regular.
Needs a larger size!

My only complaint is that I have to keep ordering these small containers!
I eat a strict Keto lifestyle, and ChocZero has been a game changer! I never liked monk fruit, but it has come a long way. This is so sinfully sweet. I grind up almonds, take a spoonful of Choc, and dip it in the almonds. Like eating cake batter from the tub. Between the Choc and the Almonds, a serving (2 Tblsp.) and you're stuffed AND satisfied! The unexpected bonus is that if you eat 2 servings a day, that's like 39 g of fiber, more than meeting the recommended daily intake. Not to be gross, but I est a lot of meat and cheese, which doesn't help keep you regular. I've used Psyllium Husks, which is insoluble fiber, shakes with flax seeds and Chia Seeds, and they weren't much help. Since I started eating ChocZero? Omg, it's amazing. Regularity is more common place now, but not in any kind of "agressive" way. Just normal, health regularity. I highly recommend this, and hope they start offering larger sizes soon!!
People are also talking about putting it in the fridge to harden. I don't, once it's opened, the consistency gets harder daily. Not that there's any left after 2-3 days to see how hard, but it goes from a peanut butter consistency when you open it, to more like fudge by the 2nd day. Its freaking awesome any way. Love this!

Get White Chocolate… Did not spike my BS (Edit!)

Tried all 3 flavors and White Chocolate is definitely the best! 2nd would be cookie and last is chocolate hazelnut. Will be buying more!
-Edit-
I saw a lot of ppl saying they saw a spike in their blood sugar, so I bought a glucometer and tested it.
Prior to the meal, my BS was 84. I ate chicken with lettuce and ranch, then about 3 Tbsps of ChocZero Keto Spread (Chocolate flavor) with 3 keto homemade almond cookies.
BS as follows: 30 min = 94; 1hr = 95; 2hr = 98; 3hr = 100; 4hr = 107; 5hr = 99
For me, there was no inital spike which I love. However, my BS kept rising which made me worried so I kept retaking till I saw it drop. Highest is 107 and they say under 140 is good postmeal.
I'm prediabetic and started keto to help maintain my BS. Personally, I think these are great results cause prediabetics are usually 160-180 after meals.
I'm still gonna test more over the next few days/weeks and may update this post.
Remmeber that results may vary for everyone and I would recommend getting a glucometer and checking yourself rather than going off other people's feedback.
Wish you all well!

Love Cookies But Can't Eat Cookies All The Time?
Lillian✓ Verified Purchase•July 27, 2023
These are a great alternative for a snack without a lot of sugar, especially if you're craving cookies.
Sometimes I have a sweet tooth and I just consume a tablespoon of this cookie butter and I don't have to worry about overeating or consuming too many calories.
I would like it to cost less, otherwise it's a great staple for when the craving to snack strikes.
