We love this little gadget. It makes getting the meat off the smoker a lot easier. We have used it for Pork butt and turkey breasts so far. If you turn it upside down, it's excellent for cooking ribs.

Madewell and is actually heavy duty. I wash mine by hand as I've had these rust in the dishwasher in the past. Dishwashers pretty much kill all metal type dishes over time. It fits perfectly in our small roaster. Worked perfectly when we were baking a pork loin. Definitely recommend! You can't get a better product or a better price.
