First off, I use my phones considerably less than most people so I don't have a "phone life". Also, I coddle my electronics. This phone has a sturdy, hefty feel to it. Came in 5 days. I like the large screen. I paid 169.99 which was a good price for a fully featured smart phone and what I could afford. Green color is nice and I appreciated the preinstalled screen protector and the included clear silicon case. I have not yet used the fingerprint nor face detection features. Not sure if I will.

I am using Tello Mobile and its sim was recognized immediately. It shows T-mobile on screen. I found the sim and additional memory slot to be flimsy and clumsy to use. I feared I would break something. Making the cards set in place was not easy - they kept on falling out before I closed the slot door. A manual with clear pictures would have helped tell which end was up and which sim slot of the 2 slots to use. Turns out both sim slots are for GSM and it didn't matter which slot I inserted the sim card. Not sure why there are 2 and what circumstances I would need 2 sim slots.

I NEED a manual to access and set up all the features of this phone! Where is it? I spend a lot of time digging deep getting to know/set up/ and turn off features due to privacy issues. Yes, much is intuitive for a smart phone user but I want a full manual. Being a Samsung Galaxy user I am used to certain easily accessed on screen features namely the 'back' and 'open apps' buttons/screens. I cannot tell on the Ulefone what apps I have open at a glance. I find myself scrolling right, left, up and down without clear understanding if I'm doing it right. I do not use Google search but I can't seem to remove the Google search bar from the home screen.

First use of camera without accessing settings provided sharp vibrant photos in auto mode. Greens were way too bright. I will access the different modes according to lighting conditions in the future.

I will need more time to get to know this phone but I would recommend it to others.

1) Display has very low resolution
2) No fast charging
3) geenbench sigle core cpu score comes around 270 which is about ~40-50% compared any new phones
4) Default UI has only four icons in row. Could not find any settings to see 5 icons in one row. Finally installed Microsoft launcher to solve this issue.

Availability of a flip case to protect this phone

Wishlist for the next upgrade:
1) Better display
2) Processor with single core geekbench score at least 400

I have been using an LG Stylo phone for about 3 years. I had the opportunity to upgrade from Stylo 5 to the 6. I am very basic when it comes to a phone. I don't need to spend $1000 on a phone. My usage is basic, but I was looking for a phone with more memory. Ulefone by my understanding is the same as the LG Stylo 6, it is just the international version and the memory is 128 instead of 64. For the price the phone is okay, I just need to take the time to learn more about the features the phone offers. Other than that I will hold on to it until it no longer works.

This is the first time I've ever purchased a phone not made by Samsung, but my husband is rough on his phones and has broken 3 Samsung Active phones in less than 2 years. Turns out if you drop a Samsung, it's toast. This Ulefone is so much sturdier than any Samsung I've ever seen. Personally it's way too large for a phone but my husband likes it. The android OS it uses takes a little getting used to when switching from Samsung, so much of it works the same but random features work differently, are operated differently, or don't exist at all. Once you're used to it though it's not all that bad. There's some bloatware but it's not as bad as some phones I've had.

Works great with AT&T, my one disappointment is that it is NOT Verizon compatible. I am not taking off any stars because the listing doesn't claim it is, but I unfortunately relied on other people's reviews and question answers that it would work. (I'm not sure it's actually possible to get a rugged phone that works with Verizon because I looked for weeks and never found one.)

We did have a little trouble with the wireless charging because the charger we had for his Samsung wouldn't work, but we got a different charger that works great.

So far it hasn't been dropped so we'll see how it fares when that happens (it definitely WILL happen, it's only a question of when..) once that happens I'll update my review based on how well it stands up to the abuse. In the meantime we're very happy with it.

I will be recommending this phone to friends and family who want a cheaper phone without sacrificing performance.

Fingerprint reader works fine, battery not only charges reasonably fast but lasts for a long time even when playing games and watching videos.

The performance for gaming may not be top of the line, but most of the games I play I crank to the highest setting and have no issues. Perhaps one mention would be ark survival evolved, I do have to reduce some settings on that

I honestly have no complaints, I got this phone on sale for $160 from Amazon and not one person I've showed it to has had anything bad to say.

It works fine with my provider which is GCI in Alaska, though it does not say LTE I haven't noticed any sluggishness with the network.

The processor and RAM also are more than adequate, the phone runs smooth and I recommend it to anybody on the fence. Some reviews State problems with hardware etc, well even some iPhones have to be sent back and I have experienced that firsthand.

The cameras are probably the weakest point, but they work fine in the daylight. One thing I wish it had would be 4K video.
