Bought these 5# ankle weights to continue my physical therapy at home. They are great fit. Not bulky and they have little 1# mini bags you can remove and add different weight increments to the ankle band. Comes in several colors I chose blue. Can be also used as wrist weights. Has wide 2" velcro closure on a D-ring buckle you can tighten or loosen too? Will not fall off or slide around Great value.

I bought these to help with pre and post surgery. I have been using for a little over 2 weeks at this point pre and find them a bit hard to get strapped up than anticipated. I guess with a bit more use I will figure that out. The weight packets have been easy to get out and in. I like that fact that I have 1 - 5 lb flexibility. I did notice that it is important to get the weights centered on the top or back of your leg for lifts. With them on hanging on the side it is a bit awkward. Having the adjustable weights will I'm sure come in handy after surgery. They appear to be well manufactured, I did not find any flaws. Outside of a little practice to get these strapped in place I would recommend.
