We live in Central Florida, and rhubarb is difficult to find in the markets. We decided to try this frozen product, and were delighted. The four bags arrive in a large Styrofoam shell with dry ice. The rhubarb is perfectly cut and is packed dry, so there is no ice in the bags and the rhubarb slices do not stick together. Just thaw some and easily bake or cook. Now we will have rhubarb treats year-round.

It has been ages since I've eaten rhubarb and I've been craving it wanting to make some rhubarb crisp. Comparing prices all over the Internet I must say this was a great purchase. Now I have to figure out how I am going to make extra room for 4 of these large bags in my small freezer.
