Very convenient. I use on baked potatoes with butter or sour cream. On noodles or whenever a person needs to have green onion and does not have fresh green onions available. Flavor is not as strong as fresh green onion, but is the next best replacement and requires no chopping. Good product and lasts a long time. Good value for the price.
