This electric knife serves the purpose. Bought it to help me cut up the meat, esp chuck roast, etc, right after I come back from the supermarket so that I can store in smaller bags to have them ready to use whenever I'm ready. It comes with a double blade, and there is a button on top that I would press to slide in the blades, then it locks the blades in. The knife is simple to use, and does not look or feel flimsy to me.
Works really good on homemade bread. Haven’t used it on anything else. No pressure required.
