So far - amazing. Don't have to worry when my young adult son uses metal utensils, despite being just short of threatened NOT TO his entire life! I was skeptical about whether or not these were *truly* non-stick, and that they clean up well. But I followed the recommended guidance of using oil during first use - and hand wash as well (which is EASY - there is literally nothing left behind following cooking!) - and I have been blown away by the quality. I've only had them for two weeks, but they are impressive! Will update the review if things change over time. Right now, worth every penny. I would recommend these to anyone.

They look and cook amazing and a breeze to clean. Tip of the day: do not use sos pads on crusty outside. Soap or anything else. I scratched a little off the copper. Sturdy but sos pads scratch copper off.

The frying pan has scratches after a few times using. Used wooden utensils on it. The baking sheet is ruined because chicken drippings stuck to it so bad couldn't remove the damage. I will never purchase anything else from this company.

I absolutely love this cookware. I was doubtful that you could cook without oil or always on medium heat but , you really can. I make my eggs every morning, no oil, no stick. I have made recipes that need to boil and on medium heat they did boil. Cleaning the pans is also amazingly easy. I am very happy I chose this cookware set.
