I have to say I didn't expect much from an electric razor, but I have been pleasantly surprised. It cuts a close shave on the legs & underarms. I have very sensitive skin, and have had no razor bumps or irritation on my legs or underarms. I wasn't super impressed with the facial hair head. It left me with bumps, but since I bought this primarily for my legs and underarms I'm happy. The razor holds a long charge and works great dry or in the shower. It packs up nicely in its little travel bag & is super easy to clean.

UPDATE: The customer service was awesome and reached out to me to give a refund. After some research however I noticed one thing. I might not be getting cut. This shaver shaves very closely and it might cause hair that is thick (ethnic) and curly to become ingrown. This can lead to Pseudofolliculitis barbae (PFB) which is a common inflammatory reaction of the hair follicle, most often on the face as a result of shaving. Also known as "razor bumps" or "shaving bumps", it can also occur on any site where hair is shaved or plucked, including the axilla, pubic area, and legs. I am African American with very thick and extremely coily kinky hair.

Really like this product so far. Fits nicely in the hand. Ive been using the detail head for my face specifically my lip-i love it! its so easy and quick and no cuts. allows me to really get close to my lips unlike my previous facial razor.
The main head-so far so good. personally i was surprised that using it dry works better than than with a shave gel. fit nicely along my curves such as behind the knees and works well on delicate skin. not a perfectly close shave but im ok with it since its quick and easy. perfect for traveling. i look forward to taking it on my beach vacation and not feeling the burn of saltwater due to shaved skin.
