I was very unhappy with this purchase. The taste was not what i am used to, very strong and bitter. Not soft and plump. They were dry and the skin was tough. I wrote the company and they explained that they send boxes to Amazon and my box might have gotten pushed to the back and left without refrigeration for a long time, hence the dry bitter taste. They have been on top of this issue and are sending me a fresh box direct from their facility. I am impressed by their service and look forward to a fresh box of dates!

I order about 10 lbs. of medjool dates per month and out of the brands I've tried, these are the most consistent. I've ordered this item many times and I've had very few issues with dates coming in unripe or moldy, which is unfortunately a very common issue when ordering this variety of date online. The price is also on the cheaper side of what's available. So, if you're having trouble finding a reliable source for this variety of date, I highly recommend this brand.

These are possibly the best and juiciest dates I've found available on a consistent basis, and for a seriously great price. I eat about four a day and have a regular subscription for these through Amazon. Occasionally you get some moldy ones, but this has been pretty rare overall.
